Classes

 

This class benefits the legs, glutes, thighs & core. It is an amazingly fun cardio workout that increases balance.

This fitness class is inspired by the French Cancan dance and there are different variations to fit your skill level of movement. 

Feel free to bring a full skirt to swish around over your workout attire, but not required.
